Shipping

All orders received by 6pm AEST will be shipped the following day through Australia Post shipping method elected by the customer, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will get a confirmation email, including the tracking number. The estimated delivery time is between two to seven working days in Australia.

Free shipping:

We offer free standard shipping only for orders above $300 Australian Dollar (AUD).

All express shipping methods are excluded from this offer.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted if the following conditions are met:

Items must be unwashed, unworn and folded in original condition.

Clearances and discounted items cannot be returned.

All items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment for quality checking. Items which are found to have been damaged after shipping cannot be returned.

Items must be packed in the original brand packing.

All Jewelry, Leggings and any under garments cannot be returned for health reasons.

The original shipping cost will not be refunded and the return items will be shipped at your own cost.

Items to be refunded or exchanged must be shipped within 48hrs of receipt of goods and should provide us with the shipping tracking number and also photos of the goods damaged.

A handling and administration fee of 15% of the original invoice price will be retained and deducted from the amount to be refunded. This applies for both refund and returns.

Mayuri Silks (Kairali Group Pty Ltd) reserves the right to refuse any return and refund if the above policies are breached.
